370° group manage all recruitment with experience in identifying suitable candidates in conjunction with your needs. Our aim is to achieve the best fit between you and your future employee.

POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
After agreeing to commit to 370° group services, a position description can be forwarded to  recruitment@370degrees.com.au.  In the event that you do not have a position description, 370° group will work with you to ascertain the type of person you are searching for.  This will assist us to ensure that we present the best suitable candidate for short listing.

ADVERTISE
370° group will advertise your position on set website.  In some cases, local newspapers and or / alternative websites are utilised.  Please note, we do not disclose your details (unless you request otherwise).

INTERVIEW PROCESS
The internal 370° group interview ensures the candidates undergo a variety of questions, including behavioral, credential, experience, situational and opinion based.  370° group then co-ordinate the second interview rounds, selecting relevant candidates for you to interview based on your position description. 

Please note that 370° group maintains absolute confidentiality with interviews.  All resumes are disposed of after 3 months, in line with relevant regulations.

INDUCTION AND CHOSEN TRAINEE
370° group inducts all trainees, incorporating areas such as customer service/communication skills, OH&S, superannuation, long service leave, workcover as well as the 370° group policies and procedures.

TRAINING CONTRACT
370° group organise the sign-up of the training contract with the Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC) and completes and submits all required state and federal documentation for registration.

OH&S
370° group will work together with you to provide a safe working environment and will assist you where required, in meeting obligations under the OH&S laws. 

MENTORING / ON-GOING MONITORING AND SUPPORT
370° group will appoint a field officers to co-ordinate administrative activity to  provide support services throughout the duration of the training program. 370° group field officers will visit your work site at least once every three months, or more often if required. Your field officer will provide support and advice on matters relating to  employment and training issues, to ensure skill development and progress towards acheiving their qualification. 

TRAINING CO-ORDINATION
Training schedules amongst providers vary and require either block release, or weekly attendance.

370° group field officers co-ordinate the mandatory off-the-job training and ensure all appropriate documentation is completed and on-going assessments are carried out and relevant to the requirements of the qualification.

For your information: School results can be obtained upon request, on the condition that a signed 'Request to Release Information' form is submitted.

HOST EMPLOYER VISITS
You will be assigned a 370° group field officer, who will visit you to ensure that our services are carried out. Any issues or challenges can be raised for discussion and dealt with promptly.  You will notice regular surveys for your feedback in the form of verbal and email to ensure continual improvement of our services.

PAYROLL
370° group pays the award wage or your EBA conditions and meets all legal and regulatory obligations.
