NAIDOC Awards Achievement for 370 degrees group
370 degrees group are celebrating an acknowledgement of the organisation's achievements in Indigenous employment. Attending a celebratory afternoon tea on Thursday 9th of July 370 degrees group was able to formally accept the award for Outstanding Contribution to Indigenous Employment by a Service Provider for 2009 from Xavier Clarke, St. Kilda Football Club star.

We would like to thank all the organisations and candidates who have taken the time to complete the nomination forms in recognition of the contribution to these participants have made to their work life and further development. It is hoped that these positive outcomes are incentives for those employers and others to continue to provide meaningful employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians in Victoria.
The winner of the 2009 STEP/STEP ERS Participant Acheivement Award is Dianne Fleming - 370 degrees group limited.There was on overwhelming responses to this category with a record 13 nominations received this year.
The winner of the Outstanding Contribution to Indigenous Employment by a Service Provider/Employer for 2009 is 370 degrees group limited.
