The 370° group have a strong commitment to providing training and employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Our Warrang Jarri Lian program started everything three years ago and since then Indigenous participation in apprenticeships at victec apprenticeships has risen dramatically with our fantastic Indigenous Apprentices doing a great job of leading through example and setting themselves on great career paths along with the help of Field Officer, Evan Henry.
370˚ traineeships have recently begun actively recruiting Indigenous Trainees to continue the successful program in jobs such as Business Administration, Financial Services and Information Technology.
