- To act honestly and to avoid conflict of interest, the associated duty not to misuse the information that comes to them as an officer of the company.
- Understand that 370 degrees group prides itself on its expertise in industry and management and maintains all rights to intellectual property produced by 370 degrees group staff whilst under their employ.
- Staffs are not to make improper use of information.
- Duty to act with care and diligence. This requires all staff to have an understanding of the business of the company and its goals.
