370 degrees group seeks the following behaviour from its staff;

 
  • To act in a professional manner to its customers and service users.
  • Abide by common law duty of acting in good faith and what they believe to be the best interests of the company.
  • Duty to ensure they are not the source of misleading statements to external bodies.
  • Duty not to abuse a corporate opportunity, which means to take advantage of a business opportunity at the  expense of the company.
  • To act honestly and to avoid conflict of interest, the associated duty not to misuse the information that comes to them as an officer of the company.
  • Understand that 370 degrees group prides itself on its expertise in industry and management and maintains all rights to intellectual property produced by 370 degrees group staff whilst under their employ.
  • Staffs are not to make improper use of information.
  • Duty to act with care and diligence. This requires all staff to have an understanding of the business of the company and its goals.
  • Adhere to the principles of confidentiality and 370 degrees group’s privacy policy and media policies
