The Gordon has been providing quality training for school based apprentices in Information Technology in partnership with 370˚ traineeships for more than 4 years.

370˚ traineeships and The Gordon work together to provide apprentices new IT skills and enhance other skills learned in the workplace.

 - Sport and Recreation ASbA

Swinburne, in partnership with 370° group, provides school based trainees the opportunity to undertake training in the Sport and Recreation Industry.  The blend of workplace learning and structured training gives the trainees a unique learning experience while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.  For the trainees, it can be the start of a long association with the Sport and Recreation Industry as many go on to further studies or employment within the industry.

Chisholm Institute has partnered with 370˚ traineeships over the past 3 years to develop the 1 year Certificate III in Sport & Recreation to meet the needs of school based trainees.

All 370˚ trainees really enjoy the exciting opportunity to work in a PE department one day a week at a primary school, undertake a nationally accredited course and still continue their secondary school education.  We are always amazed at the development of all trainees over the course of the year and their parents are delighted at the real hands on experience and knowlege their children gain over this time.

The partnership program focuses on providing hands-on skills & knowledge required in the IT industry to support IT professionals. NMIT delivers training through a mixture of workshops and on the job training & 370° provides the work experience & support.

Other benefits for participants include the development of employability skills, and more importantly, a foot-in-the-door with an employer – positioning them well for their future career.
