what does group employment mean?

• You are employed by a Group Training Organisation (GTO), e.g. 370 degrees group, for the duration of your apprenticeship/traineeship
• You work with a host employer, in a paid placement, for your on-the-job training 
• You spend part of each week (or blocked time) training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

Group Employment is an effective and safe way to take up an apprenticeship/traineeship. As your legal employer, 370° group will take care of all necessary paperwork, inductions and placement.
