To ensure that we maintain our commitment to quality training, 370 degrees group follows a series of comprehensive evaluation and guidance procedures when accepting new apprentices/trainees into any of our programs, including:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Comprehensive induction program
- Dedicated field officer
- Quarterly case management/performance reviews
- Coordination of training
- All human resources obligations and duties
370 degrees group provides its services based on a group employment model where we employ the apprentice/trainee and then lease them to you for a nominated period of time, making your business a 'host employer'.
what are the costs?
We charge an hourly rate based on the nominated award and/or Enterprising Bargaining Agreement (EBA)/ Certified Agreement. This figure covers the costs of human resource services and administration such as recruitment and induction, training coordination, payroll, case management/mentoring and WorkCover levies.
Host employers are invoiced weekly with convenient payment options available to suit your business.
