"On behalf of my wife and myself (and Cale of course) we would like to Thank you for assisting Cale to achieve his goal of an IT Traineeship.

He has now been entered in to the VCAL program at school and is the happiest I have seen him for some time and is really enthusiastic and positive about starting, he has gone and bought new clothes and shoes etc ... even had his hair cut short!!

It is not easy for a for a young man these days to make these sort of decisions when the main stream education is not really suited to people that think laterally or “outside the square” It has made  world of difference in such a short time.

"Over the past few years 370° group and Mornington Secondary College have worked together to enable our students to acquire School Based Apprenticeships on the Mornington Peninsula. These SBAT's have given our students life skills, certificated towards their ENTER/VCAL and part time employment opportunities. The areas of employment/training have mostly been in local primary schools undertaking IT or Sport & Recreation.

On a personal level I have appreciated the professional approach taken by all staff and the excellent follow through with contracts, interviews and assistance with any concerns during the program. I also know the local primary schools have been extremely pleased with our working arrangements.

I look forward to working with your organisation in the future and assisting our young people to gain valuable employment/training opportunities in a supported program."

In 2009 I successfully completed my Certificate III in Children's Services with 370° traineeships. I enjoyed learning all elements of working with children both on and off the job. 

370° traineeships really helped me get hands on experience while giving me, along with the others in my group, good quality training. I would highly recommend 370° traineeships to anyone interested in working with children or interested in a traineeship program.
