What is the IT Cadetship?
The Information Technology (IT) Cadetship is a program designed by 370° group and RMIT University to increase the quality of individuals entering the IT industry. It combines both full time work and study. Cadets are able to gain relevant workplace experience and skills, whilst studying to complete a Certificate IV and Diploma of Information Technology over a two year period.
Benefits for your business
With the current skills shortage in the IT industry, the cadetship attracts aspiring professionals by combining both work and study.
You will benefit from having a productive employee at a salary considerably lower than that of a conventional employee. You will also see the immediate benefits of taking on cadets, as they continue to raise levels of knowledge while applying skills throughout the program, enhancing your business.
