Evan Henry – Field Officer
Who is Evan Henry?
Evan commenced his career as an Administration Trainee with the Grand Hyatt Melbourne – Human Resources Department where he was employed for approx. 3 years. Evan then joined the Group Training Industry as a Recruitment Consultant where he was responsible for placing individuals into traineeships and apprenticeships.
In February 2006, the thought of European siestas turned into reality. Evan left his role for 9 months of travel, sightseeing, meeting friends and having fun.
Qualifications:
• Certificate III in Business Administration (completed through a traineeship)
• Diploma of Human Resources
• Working with children check

bianca walters – Field Officer
Who is Bianca Walters?
Bianca has worked in the Group Training industry for 13.5 years. Starting out as a PA to a CEO, Bianca then worked her way into becoming a Field Officer. Her career achievements include setting up and managed an office in Melbourne for a group training company that was based in Adelaide.
Qualifications:
• Certificate III in Business (completed through a traineeship)
• Working with children check

Leanne Rizzi – Field Officer
Who is Leanne Rizzi?
Leanne came to 370° group with a major in Human Resources Management and a wealth of experience in the customer service field. Initially brought on board to be part of the recruitment team, Leanne specialised in the coordination of ASbA’s, as well as managed strong working relationships between 370° group, clients and educational institutions. Given her level of competence, Leanne naturally progressed into a field officer role managing ASbA's.
Leanne volunteers her time for the Real Industry Job Interviews to help build student interview skills and prepare them for the workforce.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Psychology and Business (Major in Human Resources)

“Everybody learns in a different way, whether that is academically or hands on. I believe that a School based Apprenticeship allows students to learn more about working in an industry due to the combination of hands on and theoretical learning.”
Philip Seeber – Field Officer
Who is Philip Seeber?
Philip started his career as a 17 year old apprentice. Over time, this developed into a Management role within the printing industry. In 1989 Phil moved across to group training where he worked across a range of different roles. His experience has included recruitment, managing programs, debt collection and apprentice mentoring, just to name a few.
Being a father of four young children helps Phil to keep in touch with the iGen.
Qualifications:
• Tradesperson - Certificate III
• Advanced Certificate in Printing - Certificate IV
• Workplace Assessor
