Congratulation to Simo Rasic – Runner up for the Victorian Training Awards, School based Apprentice of the Year 2011.
The Victorian Training Awards is the premier event on the Victorian vocational education and training calendar. The awards recognize the valuable contribution apprentices, trainees, students, teachers, employers, and training providers make in ensuring our state has a strong skills base, so that Victorian communities and industries can prosper – both now, and in the future. The awards ceremony was held on Friday the 2nd of September at the Crown Palladium. 370° group trainee, Simo Rasic was announced as the runner up for the Australian School based Apprentice (ASbA) of the year 2011. Simo completed his Certificate III Information Technology ASbA with 370° group in April this year. During his employment Simo was hosted and trained by RMIT. Simo excelled both on and off-the-job and his nomination for the awards was strongly supported by his host employer RMIT and his 370° traineeships field officer Leanne Rizzi.
370° group would like to congratulate Simo for his outstanding efforts during his School-based Apprenticeship and also acknowledge the efforts of his Host Employer RMIT and his field officer Leanne Rizzi.
