about cadetships

370° group is now offering trainee jobs in the form of Cadetships in Information Technology using an exciting new education and work-experience pathway!

what is a cadetship?

The Cadetship Program is designed to provide entry-level cadets with the opportunity to work in the IT industry whilst obtaining Vocational Education & Training. Traditionally a traineeship allows students to progress to diploma level. The Cadetship Program is designed to enable cadets to obtain a degree in 4 years whilst working part-time in trainee jobs.

Cadets are required to work 4 days per week with a host employer gaining invaluable practical experience while attending TAFE 1 day per week for certificate IV, and 1 day & 1 evening per week for the diploma and degree. 370° group provides an attractive salary all year round and study assistance that can help to cover your university fees.

This is an accelerated program to enable cadets to enter the full-time work force within 4 years with a degree in Information Technology and relevant work experience. This program helps to address the problem many IT graduates find of having degree knowledge, but no work-experience.
